Made three late night enquires - website easy to follow and clearly demonstrates the number plates with costs By the morning I had received a phone call but due to the fact I was on site I asked if they could email costs plus extras for me to review which they did. By lunchtime I spoke with a young girl called Clare and was sorted. Straight forward payment - plates- transfer... Service was good but when finance had not been completed, no one called me to advise and after 4 weeks realised that the order had not been processed. Apart from that the service was swift and efficient.
NN approached me to see if I was still willing to sell the plate, that I had bought ages back with two others and did not really need so had put up for sale. As no one had come forward I thought I would use it, so I had, only a few months ago, put this on a vehicle. Nevertheless I was happy to sell at the price I had asked a year ago. So from that point of agreement to sell, it was straight forward. As stated within 2-3 weeks, timing reliant on the DVLA turning round the paperwork (and the DVLA being busy around 1st March with new registrations I guess) and issuing the replacement V5c, I have now received payment and I am a satisfied customer!
