When I selected my plate I would have prefered to pay by cash but for some reason, I either overlooked the option to pay cash or it was not there and I ended up with the easy payment plan. I have never bought a private number plate before so to me I was nervous, no idea what I was doing, to be honest. However, Paul was a true gentleman and I managed to get the plate i wanted and gave me the relevantinformationI needed. The paperwork came in a few days, the number plate a week later. The number plate i wanted was also cheaper to purchase with National Numbers than the other companies out there. If you do decide to buy a private number plate i highly recommended National Numbers.
Bad initial experience - but since put right. Originally disappointed with the poor response to my enquiries - so reflected this with appropriate feedback. Happily, they then responded more positively and today I was able to acquire a suitable plate within my time frame and budget. So, good news all round.

The service was fab, the gentleman I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and I purchased the plate without any issues. The documents and plates arrived quickly. The only criticism I have is that this was a surprise for my husband's birthday and the letter sending the document had the company stamp on the reverse so it spoilt the surprise as he knew I has purchased a plate! Maybe just a return address without the company name would be better?
