I found National Numbers via an internet search and am so glad I did. I got the number I wanted at a reasonable price, but it didn't end there. I asked how long it would be likely to take to get sorted as I am going to Germany in a couple of weeks. They pulled out all the stops AND sorted out the right number plates for my ageing S-Type. Recommended, and a special thanks to Chantelle, the delightful lady on customer service.

I can't praise this company enough, I started to buy a number plate from another company at the beginning of November 2018 ,it was for a Christmas present .I thought I had enough time to get everything in place only for the other company to let me down at the beginning of December I was totally defeated . I picked myself up and started to looked for a plate on National Numbers , they couldn't help me enough. It was like the sun was shining again !!!!! . All the staff at this company have been absolutely fantastic ,phoning me back when they said they would and helping me every step of the way. Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.
