This is my first personalised number plate and I must compliment National Numbers for their promptness and efficiency. They made everything so easy. And I take my hat off to the DVLA office at Lincoln to whom I posted the documents off on Thursday @ 2PM. The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.
