From beginning to end they were totally transparent about the process and the costs. They purchased a cherished plate on my behalf from the DVLA auction and did so at an mazing price!! 4 out of 5. Good service and fairly quick turnaround on paperwork. However all the add ons to the price of the number plates i.e. Printing plates etc are extortionate and there was no option to remove these items from your purchase online. I had to call up to remove the unwanted bits and saved a fortune.
