Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.
After searching long and hard for the perfect number plate the guys at National Numbers had the plate i wanted. After one phone call they took control and made the transaction as swift as possible. Very good prompt service
This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
