They was honest with what they offered and I got what they offered me . They could do with communicating more with the seller but would use them again

Wow there's me thinking it was going to be a drama getting a private plate, HOW WRONG WAS I, it was so easy just found national numbers put in what I wanted it found me a list took me to seconds to find my plate, I paid and 2days later my plates were at my house and a day later the documents turn up with full instructions to how to go about registering plate to my van, but if you struggle there is an option to pay a small fee and they will do it for you!! I can't say THANK YOU ENOUGH ***** 5 STAR COMPANY

Fast, efficient service, excellent communication and prompt payment

Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

A very smooth and easy process with the paperwork arriving after about a week. I compared to other sites and found these the best value for money.

Great Job. They found the buyer, liaised and negotiated with him on my behalf, even helped him find the funds! Then promptly paid the funds directly into my account on completion. Would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to anyone trying to sell their cherish plate.

This is honest opinion You guys know what you are doing I have already place another order for another number that has not even been released by DVLA. More orders on their way. Specially thanks to Marti and Ryan.
