Brilliant service.

Good, quick, reliable service. Easy to follow instructions. Only reason not given 5 stars was the high administrative charge advertised for 'fast track' service with dvla. Which is free and takes seconds on the website (would have been annoyed if I had paid for this 'service')

100% excellent service. Phil could not be more helpful and was always on hand through the whole process to explain any questions or concerns I had. There was 1 little hiccup, which meant I had to pay the invoice from SMA direct and not via National Numbers, but this was swiftly explained and true testament to any business is how a problem is overcome. Great service and should I ever be purchasing another number plate, I will most certainly be calling National numbers.

Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. One of the cheapest on the market who don't nail you for fees and unnecessary costs. Their customer service team kept me informed from start to finish and the whole process took no longer than two weeks. The only reason for the delay was because I was waiting for the log book from DVLA as I had just bought the car. Completely seamless and I highly highly recommend them! 100/100!!!!

I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!! I thought it would be a nightmare but nope I couldn?t of been further from the truth. I completed online and the certificate came within a few working days! So it?s safe to say I had an extremely happy son on the morning of his birthday.
