I entered my Name and was delighted at the options available. Some I must say where way out my price range, talking thousands of pounds. But hey! If you can afford it why not. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. She was very professional and dealt with my order from start to finish. My plate was purchased and registered to my car in less than a week. Easy to use website and fast delivery of documents.

I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. I found the one I wanted after eventually making up my mind from a few excellent plates. I dreaded what I had to do next, it was so easy I couldn?t believe it. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The only thing I had to do was inform my insurance and go to my usual garage. I am delighted and my car looks great.

Sold our number and really happy with price agreed with NN. Whole transaction start to finish took 5 weeks - little longer than expected but happy nonetheless. I'd completely forgotten our number was listed for sale with NN then got a phone call out of the blue from Adam asking if we would sell for an offered price which we were happy with. Was a bit of a leap of faith completing the paperwork and handing over control of our number to NN but it worked well and no real hassles. We had to chase up a couple of times (dealing then with Ryan) - seemingly although the buyer had paid a deposit he/she hadn't come through with his/her paperwork and NN was waiting on him/her. Ryan called the buyer and obtained confirmation he/she was going through with the deal then Ryan called us back and advised he would send off our paperwork to DVLA and then send us our cheque - which he did - thank you Ryan. So all-in-all a good deal - we're happy - just the communications from NN side were a little lacking when things got slow - we had to do the chasing up calls (2) but Ryan certainly grabbed hold of it and brought it to a good conclusion for us.

Fast and efficient

On Fiday 26 April chose a registration number, paid the payment easily and paperwork came in the post the following Wednesday. Excellent easy service.
