If there is something you are not happy about, just call or email them and they will help you out - for example, I did not want to send off the original copy of my log book while purchasing a new plate, we agreed a scanned copy of the front of it would be fine and that was that, 5 minute call, no hassle. Made an offer on a Sunday, agreed the deal on the Tuesday, new plates arrived on the Friday and new log book arrive the following Thursday. Easy.

I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. I was looking for a particular numer plate which i found out had never been assigned to a vehicle and therefore had to be released by means of the DVLA auction. I first contacted the well known company 'reg transfers' who quoted me a final price of just under 5 grand (inc all taxes and taxes on taxes!, transfer fees etc). I then contacted National Numbers who managed to secure it at auction for me at (final all inc price) just under 1.5 grand!!!! Go figure. Don't go anywhere else until you've spoken to these guys first. I spoke to Phil who was very helpful. Highly recommended by a satisfied and grateful (for saving me money) customer!
