Certificate took almost 10 working days to arrive rather than the promised 7 working days, hence the four stars.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Straight forward no hassle quick and easy. Easy to navigate website found the plate I wanted. Paid online got plates within 2 days sent off vc5 all done by a week.
