The actual service of getting a personal number plate is good however people over the phone need customer service training as they sound miserable and don't feel they would go the extra mile fo a customer.

Contacted National Numbers to get a special plate for my son. They did all the work and I got the plate I wanted. Great service, pleasant staff and sorted everything. Thanks
