I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. Very good quick service only complaint was getting in touch with admin phoned three times told 2nd in Que on phone 5 mins only to have phone put down on me so called phone number to buy put straight on phone strange one pound a minute
