Very easy to find the number plate i needed,sent through as described,only disappoint was it was a surprise and the letter was sent to my husband so he knew about his surprise.

After searching long and hard for the perfect number plate the guys at National Numbers had the plate i wanted. After one phone call they took control and made the transaction as swift as possible. Pleased with the outcome as National Numbers negotiated with buyer to increase initial bid to a level that I was satisfied with. Their service and professionalism is excellent.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
