Contacted me out of the blue to say they'd got an interested party. Sold within a week process relatively straight forward. Considering I purchased it as an investment in the first instance I was very happy with the price achieved.

It was all very easy to choose, purchase and officially obtain new number plates. I was very impressed.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! Very pleased except I had to pay extra for the actual 2 plates which wasn?t on the invoice which I received.apart from that very pleased with my 1st private plate.
