I sold my private reg, the whole process was efficient and I was kept informed at all times. This was the easiest transaction possible. I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. It is just as simple as that and I can't say anymore but thanks to NN for the professionalism and the guy on the phone stated it was as easy as this. He was right. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.
