Dealt with Liam for my purchase. Despite me asking a million questions, he persevered and the transaction was great. Debby then dealt with the admin quickly and efficiently.

I found the whole process to be nice and simple. I placed my order on Sunday and had the registration and plates arrive by Wednesday. Paul and Ryan kept me updated throughout the whole process. Thanks you to both for an excellent service.

From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !!
