I was actually in Australia when the sale of my plate took place but this did no way impede the completion of my number plate, very professional and very helpful, quick and easy process from start to finish, thoroughly recommend.

The service I received from your member of staff liam was first class in every respect he never pushed at all and was happy to help and he did

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

Absolutely brilliant, helped me loads and put up with my many phone calls asking questions. Was all made easy from start to finish. Thank you
