As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what it promises in such a friendly and efficient way

Felt this company was the right place to choose my number plate. Scored high on many reviews and being careful whom I give custom to felt things were done to high standard apart from one wee incident costing me for postage however give this company its credit they are refunding this error made by the company that sends it mail. Number plates arrived Fast was impressed by the speed wish all companies were this fast. Purchased 24 December on the festive start of December plates arrived 3rd January then the documents arrived but sadly I had to collect this as postage was needed before greedy Royal mail would part with it. This is refunded to me thank you for this. First customer call waS not best but when I phoned back days after Liam was a big help. This company has certainly made itself as a company of trust and confidence on me I shall be buying my daughters plate from here too when I buy her new car for her 18th next year. Can't fault national numbers they admitted a mistake and compensated me very quick to send all the goodies and transfer was immediate on dvla thanks plate really does my car further justice has had a few headturns today.

Sales were very helpful ensuring the number I wanted was still for sale by the vendor. (Not the case with a competitor on the first cherished number I wanted). They kept me informed right the way through having explained what I needed to do and send, then what they would do and how. Administration team first class again keeping me informed and processing everything very quickly and efficiently. Recommend them to anyone.
