They arranged for a number plate which hadn't ever been issued, they arranged the plate to go into auction, all be it 6 months later due to the dvla not entering it, the plate went to auction which they bidded on my behalf and we won it. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous.
