I entered my Name and was delighted at the options available. Some I must say where way out my price range, talking thousands of pounds. But hey! If you can afford it why not. I found a plate that suited my name and even included year I was born so delighted I dealt with Chanttel who was an absouloute star. This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.
Pleased with the outcome as National Numbers negotiated with buyer to increase initial bid to a level that I was satisfied with. Their service and professionalism is excellent.
