I have contacted many companies along side national numbers regarding several different plates. I instantly received a response to my enquirery unlike the other companies I contacted. From the minute I called, the sales person was on the phone to the seller of the registration straight away. Although there were difficulties from the seller of the registration I wanted, he straight away found me other alternatives and completed my transaction immediately. I was contacted frequently on updates of the process and the team were very friendly and attentive! 100% recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a new registration! It was an easy transaction, although the guy I was speaking to got a bit distracted. I was surprised to note that the VRM doesnt belong to me though on the paperwork, but to National Numbers and my son is the nominee so this should have been explained better as I'm still a bit confused as to why I dont own it until my son gets his car...quick getting the paperwork and plate though.
