To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.

The day after I found another plate that I preferred and telephoned them to see if I could change my order, they said they would try and help me, and they did I now have the plate I wanted.
