I highly recommend National Numbers to prospective purchasers of cherished/personalised number plates. Their service was prompt and satisfactory and they patiently answered all my questions when I called them on the phone to inquire about my purchase.

Lenny was very helpful, and talked us through the process of buying are new plate. Will be speaking with them again to sell are old plate.

And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process. This was the first time I bought a private plate, and had no idea how it all works. The staffs at National numbers were very helpful and explained step to step what will happen. The reason I didn't give five stars is that I feel they need to improve on communication to customers. From when I paid the initial fee, there was no call or email to update me with the process and I have to call them. But they did answer the phone every time I called and some one always try to help you. Overall, I am a very happy and satisfied customer.

Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .
