I have to say that all the members of staff I spoke with were friendly, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable which is more than I can say for DVLA! Everything they promised was adhered to. i saw the number on the web site the one that i wanted so got on the phone the next day to order the number that i wanted the on the another end the phone the man was very helpful and tall me all about how to get my numberplate and i thank him very much

To be honest I was wary of letting an external company transfer my registration and deal with the DVLA directly, was also expecting the transfer to take ages however it was an extremely fast and kind service when I spoke on the phone and my number plate has already been transferred and new clean plates arrived in just over 1 week.
