Sold my number plate recently and I wasn?t able to supply the paperwork by return and National Numbers must have been under some pressure from the buyer.....but they handled the situation professionally and kept everyone updated. The service you supply is very good apart from the private plates you have in the system which you have no control over. When you ring up the customers on my behalf to inquire about their plates and they are not for sale or some other problems. These should be taken off your system.

I've never had a private plate before and always thought it was a long process - but I was wrong! From buying the plate and putting it on the car it only took a few days, and it was a very easy process. Thank you.
