Absolutely wonderful to deal with. I was kept up to date at every stage and it was a very quick process from start to finish. All i did was send off my log book and everything else was handled buy the team. Can not praise their service enough that why they get 5 stars.

After searching long and hard for the perfect number plate the guys at National Numbers had the plate i wanted. After one phone call they took control and made the transaction as swift as possible. I found that National Numbers had some of the best prices, and they handled the change of number process very efficiently, keeping me well informed of progress right through to delivery.

This was my first time using national numbers. They explained the buying process and in my case the timed auction procedures etc and took my deposit but then didn't send the auction documentation through. I called, it was sent and I returned the completed forms for the auction my plate was due in. But then there was no more communication so when the auction started I wasn't sure if the bids I could see going up via the website were mine or not. When I called, they always answered and with the exception of the initial paperwork hiccup, everything went perfectly smoothly. Maybe I was worrying needlessly, but the occasional email update to inform you that each stage has been completed would provide that little reassurance that everything is on track. Would I use them again? Yes, absolutely.
