I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. When I checked what I needed to do to sell my number plate I decided it was far too much hassle and decided against it. A few months ago I looked at National Numbers web site and decided to sell it through them. I was in no hurry so happy to leave it and see what happened. Once I received an acceptable offer via National Numbers, the process was so easy and completely hassle free, almost effortless. They do everything for you. I have received payment directly into my account and the only real effort I will need to make is to go and have my number plate replaced with my new registration. Thank you National Numbers

Nice and easy bought the plate and they sorted it all out for my new motorcycle. They sent a plate all I had to do was fit it and all was great. They sorted it out with the DVLA all I had to do was tell my insurance company and that was that ?.
