NKE 38

Staff were friendly and efficient . Plate sourced quickly . Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise . All in all though great service .

Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I purchased my cherished number some twenty years ago to enhance what already was my prize jewel. It not only depicted the exact model of Ferrari but also reflected precisely my initials. How cool is that?! Having now changed my car, it's time to let someone else enjoy this unique number, whilst I replace it with another cherished number from the organisation that is renowned for not only offering the very best cherished numbers on the market, but also at the best value prices. Thank you National Numbers.

Easy, simple experience but not registered yet as for a Xmas gift
