Spoke to Paul and to say he was helpful would be an understatement, by the end of the phone call it was like I knew him for years and everything was done Would DEFINITELY recommend nationalnumbers because of the excellent service and nothing was to much trouble.

I dealt with Craig over the Phone during the auction. Clearly spoken over the phone and gave me a ring several minutes before the auction took place. Much appreciated, won the bid.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
