Fantastic service from Phil and his colleagues. Still can?t quite get over how quickly it all went through! The number plate itself is a beautiful stroke of serendipity- a special tribute to my Mum - a mix of my birthday day and her name. Could not be happier with the plate and the customer service from National Numbers.

Simple, quick and easy. Job done. The only slight negative is I felt I had to chase them a couple of times to be kept informed of progress. Overall however worked well and got the plate I wanted.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. I bought a plate and am in the process of selling my original plate through National Numbers. They make the whole process very straightforward and quick; they may not necessarily be the cheapest (I saw my purchased plate advertised for a lower amount elsewhere) but are by far the most customer centric company to do business with - hence why I chose to buy the plate from them.

Easy communications even during Covid-19. They did the DVLA registration on the Wednesday and I got the certificate allowing me to use the plates on the Thursday and the Monday after, the new log book arrived. I could not fault the service.

Easy to buy and so fast too. Great delivery time for the number plates too. Good information and official documents were received very quickly. Recommended highly.

Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.
