After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! I found the plate I wanted and due to not fault of theirs it turned out to not be available, a replacement was found and National numbers worked hard to secure it for me. They were helpful along the way and very apologetic when the first plate turned out not to be available. I would recommend National numbers in a hearty for anyone looking to buy a private reg.
