Everything was actioned quickly and once the registration was complete they rang us individually to confirm the new plates they made could be fitted. Super friendly staff and very helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing a private number plate for my sons birthday. I ordered the plate on a Friday afternoon and they delivered the actual number plates on the Monday so I had an actual gift to give to my son on his birthday which was on the Tuesday - outstanding! It took a couple of weeks for the transfer but it was a seamless process and a pleasurable one. I would highly recommend National Numbers!

This was not the easiest company to buy from and it appears that not all numbers listed are actually for sale. We did complete the transaction on the third number I tried to purchase. The problem with the other two appeared to be that the seller did not respond to National Numbers. However, no-one told me, the customer. Several weeks after making an enquiry I had to phone up to find out what was going on, no news so we tried another number and the same thing happened. Once we did agree a deal on the third number the process worked smoothly but apart form the original email no further communication until I received an invitation to complete this survey. I buy frequently on -line and most companies send emails - even if they are automated - to keep you informed of delivery etc. The process worked, the price was competitive but it is a bit disappointing as a cherished number plate is a luxury item and you need to have a good buying experience but it was not.
