First time I've purchased a 'personal' plate and with these guys the whole process was simple, clear and reasonably priced. Recommend their services.

Initially I had a problem. The number I bought on line had already been sold. However the company worked well to sort out the problem and provide me with a refund and an alternative plate.

I purchased a plate from NN back in June of this year. I then went on to buy another. I did complain at the time as the advisor was extremely rude and I decided not to purchase. I was told however should I change my mind and come back I could perhaps be given a discount due to the poor experience I had. Everyone deserves another chance so I emailed this month and dealt with Jill. Her customer service was exceptional, she replied immediately to my email and followed this up with a call at a time that was convenient for me. She was thorough, honest and there was no pushy sales tactics. I've bought yet another plate and will more than likely return for a third in December. I will be going directly to Jill !! i wanted a plate what had to be put in a auction to save me the hassle and stress of finding out how to do it they put it in the auction and bid all i had todo was pay when it was over would highly reccomend to anyone
