Sales team were very helpful on the phone and knowledgeable, they were slow in getting the initial list of available plates to me (Forgot to send the email) but once received helpful in assisting in queries. This is the first time that i have purchased a plate so was not aware of what was due to happen. There was no communication once the admin fees had been taken so i did not know what was due to happen or potential time scales. DVLA notified me the the plate was being issued in to the auction but National numbers never contacted me at all to advise that it was in the auction and they were bidding on it. I was unsure if they were aware and if the bid that appeared in the auction was from them or not. When i spoke to the admin team i was told that there were bidding on it for me but had not advised me as it was really busy when auctions were on....... Surely not that hard to pick up a phone or email. In summary sales team very helpful but admin could be improved with better communication and some sort of guide to what is due to happen for people that have not purchased a plate before. I would use these people again now that i understand the process better

I cannot thank all the staff at National Numbers enough for their extreme help and professionalism in helping me get my own special number after all these years. The company represented me this week at the auctions and rang me during the live bid to advise me throughout the bidding. Thankfully after their guidance they secured my plate for me against a lot of competition. I cannot thank Jill enough for her help during the live bid. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants a number plate as they give you honest advice as they are an established company who look after their customers from start to finish. After having a bad experience with another number plate company I was very careful who I put my trust in, but hand on heart my confidence was restored after speaking to such a wonderful owner and all his staff. Thankfully I was lucky to pick an outstanding company but be warned there are a lot of companies that will not give you the expert service or honesty that this company delivers. Although I was initially nervous at handing over paperwork before payment had been received, I was reassured that National Numbers has been conducting business to a high standard since 1981. I had a very smooth transaction and within 10 days of the initial offer being made for the purchase of my registration, I had full payment in my bank account.
