I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate. Only one slight niggle and that was that it was a gift for my husbands anniversary which I did say and when they arrived he took the post from the postman and it said national numbers on the packaging spoiling the surprise .
