Service first class - process of buying the numberplate simple and quick

I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.

I can't praise this company enough, I started to buy a number plate from another company at the beginning of November 2018 ,it was for a Christmas present .I thought I had enough time to get everything in place only for the other company to let me down at the beginning of December I was totally defeated . I picked myself up and started to looked for a plate on National Numbers , they couldn't help me enough. It was like the sun was shining again !!!!! . All the staff at this company have been absolutely fantastic ,phoning me back when they said they would and helping me every step of the way. Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me.
