They are pretty straight forward to deal with and sent the money through as promised once the reg was sold.

Bought my plate online and a problem occurred .Phoned to check what the problem was and was dealt with by Jill. The problem was unable to be traced straight away.Jill noted my number and said she would check everything out and would return my call to confirm everything was alright. Fair enough within ten minutes Jill was back in touch not only to confirm all was well but also to state that she had put the relevant paperwork In the post for me. Just easy to do business with. Fast, reliable and friendly. If there is something you are not happy about, just call or email them and they will help you out - for example, I did not want to send off the original copy of my log book while purchasing a new plate, we agreed a scanned copy of the front of it would be fine and that was that, 5 minute call, no hassle. Made an offer on a Sunday, agreed the deal on the Tuesday, new plates arrived on the Friday and new log book arrive the following Thursday. Easy.
