This is my third time using National Numbers, I had to make my purchase online this time because it was out of hours, but I do prefer the personal touch and camaraderie you get from speaking to the agents over the phone. Vary helpful and explained the process fully. I also had an issue on line with DVLA which they looked into and advised accordingly.
