I cannot fault the Company and the person I dealt with Craig did exactly what it said on the tin. I do take point from one of your reviews regarding the cost of the service but in all honesty if you want to take time out , research the plates and go and spend time at the Auction then it will work out cheaper for you. I personally have not got the time to do this and Craig called me when the Lot came up and I paid in my opinion a fair price for the plate. I would recommend National Numbers

First contact was good and helped me find number plate that was personal, I was looking at another number at the time. The pack that came out was generally good but lack of clarity as to how much the total should be when extras added. Phone call queries handled well and generally available after a few rings. I first looked at the website to see if the number plate combination I wanted was avaialble. The system was easy to use and I had soon identified a suitable plate. As I was new to buying a cherished plate, I rang them and the was given clear and helpful advice. I completed business over the phone - couldn't have been simpler. The plates arrived within two days and the certificate a few days after that. The instructions for completing the changeover were clear and unambiguous. It's refreshing to deal with a company that delivers what it promises in such a friendly and efficient way
