I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?

A fantastic service and they do everything for you. It doesn't matter what problem you have or what form you need they know everything that needs to be done. And especially helpful was Gwen who guided me through the whole process. I used this company as it was the only one i could use with poor credit and they were excellent i was able to say what i wanted to pay each month and it was easy to sort and all the staff were excellent. Delivery of the plates was very quick would definately recommend
