I would have preferred a bit more hand holding as this was my first purchase, I did not understand the process until Ryan took the time to explain the private plate buying proceedure. Will be using National Numbers for my daughters car.

The very good plate I first found listed and purchased for cash on the spot was unfortunately already sold but that initial setback was more than paid for a few days later when I was offered a perfect plate on par with the one that hooked my sale and a 70% refund! That excellent resolution was a result of happy chance and exceptionally ethical customer service. I would of happily paid the original amount for the specific registration I was eventually offered after a few days waiting for something unusually apt to surface. For less than the price of one new tyre you will find at least one suitable plate for your car and probably a dozen more to choose from in most cases.

Did the deal on my private Plate only a week ago, within that time logbook sent off, plate transfer completed with DVLA & brand new number plates delivered.. Absolutely first class service from a top company who I?ve used years ago and again just recently. The chap who dealt with me was Phil & I have to say he couldn?t be more helpful if he tried and left me with nothing to do which was great, I?ll certainly be using this company again.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
