All went well and pleased with service received. However there were 2 times when their phone was not answered and no return call. All went well in the end but process unclear for a novice first timer.

I had been looking for a suitable number plate at a reasonable price for ages and in looking one day stumbled upon 'national numbers' quiet by accident.....! There it was..! My plate in thier listings,,,year of my birth and my 3 initials at a very reasonable sum....! When i rang to purchase the plate i was very pleasantly surprised by a team of extremely proffesional people who where not only very helpful also knowledgable and reasuring but most importantly in my eyes,,,,very polite....! Great service and got the plate I wanted. Just one minor thing which was from them posting the certificate to me, it took 8 days to get to me. I would expect it takes no longer than 2 days to receive a letter.

Very easy to deal with and rapid service - we received our plates and documentation within a few days. One TINY gripe - the company name is printed on the plate, and is perhaps a little bolder and noticeable than I`d like.
