I paid the amount plus the £80 which went to the licensing office in Swansea and when NN sent me the form all I had to do was put my old reg on the form and send it to Swansea. Excellent service from start to finish!! I was looking for a plate for my sons 18th birthday during covid-19 and a bank holiday!!
