From choosing the plate to fitting it to my car took only a few days. Every step of the way was straight forward and emails kept me informed of progress. Once the plate was chosen the whole process from first notification to cash in my account took exactly three working days. Plate was on the site for a while, but patience is a virtue. Absolutely delighted and great support once in transit.
