I had chosen my new number plate which came the next day which was great. 3 days later my certificate came and I could put my new number plate on. When I received an offer for my plate from a National Numbers buyer, I was sceptical. I listened to the agent who explained the process and then I researched before taking what seemed to me as 'a leap of faith' with sending off my retention documents and a power of attorney for the plate.
