Very good. One blemish when they sent me an email not meant for me which was totally confusing.

Brilliant service!! They take care of everything for you, from finance to getting the plates ready to put straight on your car. It?s all very smooth sailing, just follow their instructions and you?ll be with your new plates in no time. I like the fact they also call to give you progress reports so you don?t feel like you've been scammed. As it can be quite a long progress so it?s nice to know what?s going on and when things will be ready. Couldn?t fault them so don?t worry about them at all!!

However I was a bit surprised that I was requested to pay a top up on the deposit. Also the actual seller was not as fast in responding, confirming the plate was still for sale and returning transfer confirmation back to the agent, as I would have liked. However once the agent had the seller?s authorisation documents returned, the transfer was completed over the phone, allowing me to start ordering plates etc.

I found that National Numbers had some of the best prices, and they handled the change of number process very efficiently, keeping me well informed of progress right through to delivery.

Excellent service, highly recommended.

An extremely good service which I don?t think could be improved. From the very first contact the service was brilliant with number plates arriving within two days! Paperwork followed within a week!
