Liam was so helpful during our search for a number plate for our sons 18th birthday. Managed to get everything sorted in super quick time even with all the Covid-19 constraints.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! "National Numbers is based in sunny Billingham in the North East of England. The staff all wear flat caps and have a passing interest in whippets! Superb, could not be simpler, better or more efficient, I registered my old plate with National numbers after they gave me a very good valuation and left it with them. Jill contacted me just after Christmas and asked if the plate was still available, she kindly explained there was interest in it and would I accept a figure she gave me, I agreed and said I would be more than happy, and the rest so they say is history... superb service!

I recently used national numbers to purchase these three number plates. One for a friend's 40th birthday, and the other two for my own cars. Also dealt with Charlotte who was always helpful and cheerful on the phone. I had no idea that you could get the DVLA to issue unused numbers for their auctions. No other numberplate company was able to help me get a very specific plate for my car, the others just tried to sell me the next best thing. Great advice from start to finish.
