I have recently chosen National Numbers in preference to my existing supplier of Vehicle Registrations, and to be frank my experience with this new company has been totally beyond my expectations, their prompt attention and service has been outstanding, I can certainly recommend them to others.

After waiting 18 months to sell my number plate, the seven weeks from NationalNumbers phone call to completion went quick enough ! Not I hasten to add, the fault of NationalNumbers. I suspect the biggest delay was with the DVLA and their processes. The company was very professional, kept me informed all the way and always responded to emails. I spoke to several people on the phone and they were always able to give me up-to-date accurate information. They were courteous and helpful. Anyone who puts the following on their website might appear frivolous but what it actually reflects is a human approach to life and an appropriate sense of humour ! I was given money to buy a private registration for my car, I thought this would be a long and difficult process. I found the one I wanted after eventually making up my mind from a few excellent plates. I dreaded what I had to do next, it was so easy I couldn?t believe it. In a few days I received the perfect number plates,I sent my V5 form away and was advised that I could now put them on my car. The only thing I had to do was inform my insurance and go to my usual garage. I am delighted and my car looks great.

I bought my new number plate and received an email telling me that my purchase had gone through, but I would have to wait for confirmation of my purchase (as the number cannot be guaranteed). This was to be expected as you cannot guarantee a number based on the website stock of private plates. Unfortunately I did not receive a confirmation email telling me I had secured the number plate. I called the contact number on the website and I was dealt with by a very pleasant lady who confirmed that my bid was successful and it would be posted to me shortly. It arrived the very next day and I can only say that I was extremely happy with the service that I recieved. I would definitely recommend this company as their customer service was excellent. My only criticism (positive not negative) is that it would be nice if an email was sent to determine wether my purchase was successful or not. It left me slightly anxious as it was a very special number to me. Apart from that one thing. The company have been excellent. No complaints. My number is with me ?
