Great company to deal with. Easy to contact, great communication, called back at a suitable time as I was at work when they called the first time. I received 5 star service from Phil and my mark would have reflected that once he took over my request, prior to that I had spoken to someone who failed to call me back which is very frustrating so my review is 5 stars for Phil and 4 stars overall.

Would have been 5 star only they arrived not in a box that they couldn't be identified as number plates and an invoice for National Numbers stuck on the front. I had ticked the box for surprise gift.

Bought a number plate paid a deposit and the confirmed to pay the rest of the balance once the payment has been received. Got a call back to say they want the full payment to speed the process up. Agreed to pay the full balance and they have taken out 2 payment of 5k instead of 1. Still waiting the refund and account is now in overdraft and being charged by the bank. Update have spoke to manager who has resolved the situation still awaiting refund however was kind and courteous and explained it was simply human error and has confirmed the issue will be rectified with 48 hours. Got to say the manager was excellent on the call.
